I had the good fortune of hearing about Tram from a neighbor. I couldn't believe it when she told me that Tram was a one woman show in a suite by herself with no other workers or customers. Total one-on-one service with no interruptions, no endless amounts of chatter, and no waiting! You must have an appointment to go here and Tram is always ready when u arrive. I have been getting my nails done for 30 years and have been to more nail salons than I can count. This is the place I have been looking for for. The cost may be a few dollars more but to me it's totally worth it. The quality of her work is better than any salon I have been to. My shellac polish stays on for a full 2 weeks (sometimes longer) and NEVER peels. Tram uses quality products and some I have never seen. She can apply nail tips without the stinky powder and very little filing. Give this place a try. You will not regret it!
I have been going to Perfect Nails salon for approximately 4 months now. Tram is wonderful! In that time I have had my bachelorette party, my wedding, my honeymoon, 2 family reunions a couple holidays and a daycation. Tram has done my nails beautifully every time and they last longer then other places I have been to. They were perfect as promised!!!!! Her office is super clean, and private. No one to interrupt your relaxing spa time. I love the atmosphere she provides too, it is so relaxing. I have recommended Tram to several of my friends because she is just that good. I love the conversations I have with Tram because she has a great memory and the best thing of all she speaks perfect English. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TRAM AND PERFECT NAILS SPA!!!!!!!
I wasn't sure what to expect when I booked this appointment because I've honestly only had my nails done a handful of times. Let me tell you, it was wonderful. I left there feeling extremely relaxed and pampered! Not to mention Tram is easy to talk to and she takes pride in the work she does. I was nervous about doing the shellac again due to having a bad experience last time (at another place); and already it has outlasted and looks MUCH better than my last experience. I will be going to Tram from now on, shes WORTH IT! Also, my nails look PERFECT as promised.
I have had two facials with Tram and now a series of 3 micro-derm sessions. My skin feels smooth, looks bright and is rejuvenated. Tram is very professional and understands skin challenges as we age. She also carries a product line that had made a world of difference with my complexion.

Tram is great! My nail polish looks fabulous and lasts so much longer than other salons. The customer service and cleanliness is exceptional. I now will only allow Tram to do my nails. It is worth the time for the quality and experience.
For a year, I have been struggling to find a nail salon that I felt comfortable in, and also performed quality services. My last two experiences at salons were unfavorable. One salon rushed me through my shellac, and the end result was an uneven nail texture. She insisted it wasn't noticeable and did not have time to fix it. In addition to that, the two employees were constantly speaking in a foreign language while I was getting my shellac. The second salon was nice, the but the employee was completely inept at doing manicures. Sloppy would have been an understatement, and it only lasted a couple of days before the polish started coming off. I completely avoided salons for months after that, but finally found the nerve to resume my search. In doing a google search, I found Perfect Nails. I clicked on the website to read more about it. The claims of Perfect Nails – guaranteed and only English speaking environment drew me in. I decided to call and make an appointment. I was apprehensive and cautiously optimistic. I was praying it would be a good experience and I would not be disappointed. The salon is nice, clean, and cozy, and the owner Tram, only books one client at a time. It's just the two of you, and not multiple technicians and clients at the same time. I went in for a shellac and a pedicure. Tram was quite intent on listening to what type of look I wanted to achieve. She went to work and often double checked with me to be sure I was happy with how the treatment was going. When she finished, I can honestly say my nails and toes looked PERFECT! I could not have been more pleased! She lived up to her website claims, which not every business can do. I immediately scheduled another visit, and have been a regular customer ever since. Tram is the nicest and easiest person to talk with during my appointment. I cannot say enough good things about Tram, her salon, and my nail experiences. Tram has a faithful customer for life.
Wonderful experience with Tram at perfect nails. My nails looked so amazing with my gel manicure that I had to convince others that they weren’t fake nails. The personal and professional service Tram gives to her clients is amazing!
If you are looking for exceptional attention to detail and someone who is talented and cares about her clients and their satisfaction with her work, Tram is your person. Once you have Tram do your nails, you won't be satisfied anywhere else, and you will realize what poor service you have gotten at other salons. Tram has become a friend of mine over the years she has been doing my nails. I have been a client of Tram's for a couple of years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Tram is the best. Her manicures and pedicures are the wonderful. The quality of her work is outstanding. She does not compare to "mall salons". She wants the best for her clients not just to see how many she can do in a day. Her facials and massages are to die for. Most of all she is dedicated to her work and it is a joy to see and spend time with her.
Tram is the best! Clean, relaxing, personal service from someone who understands what customer service really means! I can relax and know that my nails will be perfect!

I have been to many different nail places and every where I have ever been the shellac has lifted off the nail with in 3-4 days. I got my first manicure from Tram last Saturday and as of today the polish is still holding! If you are looking for a place where they take the time to adjust to your needs go see Tram you will not regret it! In today for my first pedicure with Tram and I am sure I will be happy!!

I absolutely loved the manicure and pedicure I had today! I appreciated the small, intimate room we my daughter and I were in. We could actually talk to each other instead of other places that were open and loud. It was so relaxing. It was also the very best manicure and pedicure I have ever had. The owner, Tram, worked so hard to make me happy. My manicure is flawless and my feet have never been so smooth and fabulous looking!
The other thing that I really appreciated is the exacting attention to keeping everything sanitary and extremely clean. A detail that we should all demand.
Be aware the name has changed to Natural Skin Care Spa. I highly recommend this business! I've already told my mom she needs to go with me next time and I am very careful what I recommend to her. So if I can recommend it to her, I can highly recommend it to everyone. You will have a fabulous experience!

I have tried several nail spas in Des Moines and have not been satisfied. I am picky about my nails and I appreciate good customer service. I would highly recommend Tram and Perfect Nails Spa. Tram is friendly and inviting. She tries hard to accommodate your schedule, remember you, what you like and be sure you are happy with the results. I would highly recommend the Perfect Nails Spa! I went to the spa a week ago for a manicure and pedicure and was very happy. It's definitely a retreat from the crowded, loud mall nail salons. The decor and music are very relaxing and the owner, Tram, is very friendly and committed to great service. My nails still look great a week later. I will be going back!

I went to Perfect Nails yesterday for the first time and had an appointment with Tram, she was warm and welcoming and she does a fantastic manicure and pedicure. The salon itself is relaxing and nicely decorated. Tram uses excellent hygiene procedures after each service, and the customer can see that she satirizes all of her implements after each client. I would recommend Perfect Nails to all my friends, or anyone looking for a great mani and pedi!
