Perfect Nails Spa is a small boutique Nail and facial spa. We don’t overbook, or double book appointments. Our emphasis is on quality nail and skincare. Each client can expect quiet, private, personal attention. You will have your own room and personal technician who will be devoted to you through-out.

We are not “Fast-food” nails. You will not be surrounded by strangers, with technicians speaking multiple languages.You can find that at other salons. At Perfect Nails Spa we’re trying to give you a one-of-a-kind experience found nowhere else. Our attention is on quality, not quantity. We provide the highest quality products, state of the art equipment, medical grade sanitation, the latest techniques, the highest attention to detail, and a private, relaxing experience.

Service Hours

Please Arrive Early

We suggest you arrive 15 minutes prior your treatment to fill in our health assessment. Relax  and sip a cup of our specialty tea while you clear your mind for a luxurious experience. While we try to accommodate late arrivals with a full therapy period, therapy time may need to be reduced so as not to intrude on the following client’s reserved time.

Refreshments for the Body and Mind

We serve complimentary herbal teas, coffee and water with our spa treatment as well as hot neck wraps.

Personal Preferences

Whether it is the room temperature or the level of massage pressure, please communicate your preferences with the therapist so he or she can make your time with us a special experience.

Appointments

To ensure your preferred stylists or technicians is always available to you, we recommend you make your next appointment prior to leaving the salon /spa. If you ever feel you would be more comfortable or better served by another staff member, please let us know. 

Cancellations/No Shows Policy

We understand emergencies do arise; however, the appointments you select are reserved for you, and you only. Please understand, no-shows are a serious matter for us. Since all appointments are one on one with a dedicated technician, this means that technician has no income for that time reserved. Nor any way to make up the lost time and money. All we ask is simple courtesy. Please cancel/reschedule as soon as you can, before 24 hours before your appointment.

Relaxation for All

While at Perfect Nails Spa, please contribute to everyone’s relaxation by speaking softly and refraining from cell phone use. If calls are essentials, we will provide a private office for placing calls.

Payment Methods

Payment is required when services are rendered.

Perfect Nails Spa is pleased to honor Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Personal checks are accepted with proper identification (driver license) and subject to a $25 returned check fee.

Gift Certificates

You may purchase gift certificates for a dollar amount or particular services at the reception desk or through one of our phone reservationists. We can mail the gift certificate anywhere in the United States.  For an instant gift certificate online, you may use the tab located at the top of the page, buy, and print out the gift certificate immediately.

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in our spa treatment or salon services but are appreciated. You may add a gratuity to any form of payment. Cash gratuity envelopes are available at our front desk.
